The doctor is nice easy to talk but sadly her assistant is not good,reporting is poor and donu2019t speak English well .not all patients speaks Spanish plus sheu2019s not accomodating and no compassion at all thereu2019s a lot of clinic you can go that will treat you better . We patients go there for a reason to get helped and to get well not to get more aggreviated with the staff attitude and ignorant.

I had a 10am appointment. I arrived at 9:50 am.nThere were 2 people sitting in the waiting area when I walked in. Neither one of them had an appointment. Maritza who walked in at 10:07am started checking everyone in. The second worker walked in at 10:12 am. At 10:27 am they started calling the patient's to the back to assign the exam rooms. When they called the first patient to the back I didn't say anything but when they called the second patient I got up and asked Maritza (doing the registrations) why if I have an appointment for 10am and your practice open's at 10am then why am I not being called first. She said that she was sorry but there's nothing she can do. I explained that, that is why I made an appointment ahead of time so I can make another appointment that I have. My other appointment is at 11:30am that I must cancel now. Once again I got they're sorry. I finally got called back at 10:42am I asked the guy taking my temp. and blood pressure check in, he said the same thing. (I'm sorry). The doctor finally entered the room at 10:50am when I asked her she said the same thing I'm sorry but that they are also a walk in clinic and it's first come first serve. So I asked the STUPID QUESTION of, then WHY TAKE APPOINTMENTS if it's first come first serve, and the response was that, that was up to the owners. DUMBEST THING I'VE EVER HEARD. We take appointments but we don't go by them. Maybe if people showed up for work on time there wouldn't be any issues. P.S. OWNERS please change your policies of accepting appointments and not honoring them.nnVery DispleasednnFLOYD URRUTIA
