Everyone there was kind and caring. The staff was wonderful and comforting. My waited time wasn't a long one.nI made an online appointment for 9:10am. They listened carefully to my medical problem. Dr Goodman (Goodwoman) prescribed medicine that worked quickly. My eye inflection and inflammation was getting better within hours. My daughter and I were out of the clinic before our appointment time.

Closed at 5:45 pm on a Monday despite having a large sign towering over the parking lot advertising their 8 to 8 hours 7 days per week. Wasted my time walking here from a mile away just to be greeted by a locked door, an open sign still on and an empty office. The next day I took the bus to a different UC that should have been my first choice.

I had a wonderful experience here! I made my appointment online that day when I started not feeling well and completed registration online. When I arrived, I was in and out in roughly 30 min. Every staff member I interacted with was very nice. Would definitely choose this location again in the future!

Clean. Receptionist outstanding. This was my first visit. I had 8:45 appointment and checked in online. There were 2 patients in waiting room when I arrived. I wasn't taken to exam room until 9:30. After exam and tests I left at 10:20. They had IT issues morning I was there, so they may not have been able to process patients as quickly. Overall, I do recommend facility.

I had a great experience at Patriot Urgent Care when I took my child in for a check-up. The wait time was very short, which was a huge relief, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. Highly recommend this place for fast and professional care!
