I was pleasantly surprised by the great experience I had at Immediate Clinic. Having gone to urgent care type places for my kids in the past, I was not looking forward to my visit.I was pleasantly greeted by admin staff, my assistant and nurse. I was there less than an hour and wait time was minimal. The facility was clean (much more so than places I had been to before) and the whole experience was smooth and easy. I really appreciated this as I wasnu2019t feeling 100% at the time.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I had an excellent experience here this past weekend (which is not something I've ever said about urgent care). The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and competent. I really felt like they listened to my concerns, answered questions, and explained the treatment and next steps. I also had zero wait time and they got me in and out efficiently.

I just got home from a very pleasant visit to this clinic to stitch up a pretty deep cut on my hand. I interacted with several employees, all of whom were genuinely responsive, caring, and supportive. The nurse practitioner and MA who treated me seemed very competent and were friendly. The clinic was cleanu2014they even offered me tea and coffee. I left feeling efficiently-tended and well-informed (discharge care sheets) about how to care for the wound. Thank you, Immediate Care!

This was my second time at the North Seattle Immediate clinic (first time was for my son). The staff is welcoming, very knowledgeable, and professional (both times). I never felt rushed, or like I had to wait forever. The doctor and techs are efficient and very personable - also great with kids! It's a relief to know I can get great care in those little emergencies life throws at us.

Such a friendly staff and wonderful care! We originally went to another urgent care and were turned off by how abrupt the receptionist was. We saw this urgent care had great reviews so headed to this clinic as the last one had a 1.5 hour wait. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist. The PA was very thorough and helpful asking questions and shared lots of helpful tips. Highly suggest this clinic it was very clean and super friendly and will be back next time!
