Great Customer Service, Iu2019m a very difficult person to draw blood from, and I usually have to go to my personal provider to have blood drawn, but today Shannon was awesome, she made the process so my better and she was patient, considerate and accurate in doing her duties. Great job Shannon! The providers that I saw today were amazing as well.

Great experience with this staff, Shannon was super pleasant and Shay and the other lady I think she was training were super sweet not to serious but professional ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d. And the PA Matt I believe was his name was very friendly and gentle physician and Iu2019m glad his keely was broken !! Super nice team of medical professionals! Would definitely recommend!! Everyone was very nice and welcoming, from Danielle the receptionist, to nurse Meka, to the Nurse Practitioner Nikki. They seem to really be concerned about you as a patient and your concerns. I felt like they really listened and weren't dismissive at all, which I've experienced in the past. I'd recommend them over a lot of other places I've gone for work injury.

I went to AXIS OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH for a DOT physical. As soon as I signed in I was called right back and the MA Benita took my b/p and ht/wt. I was placed in exam room and shortly provider Gray came in to do my exam. She was very thorough and completed my physical quickly.nI would highly recommend AXIS OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH for DOT physicals.nAll the staff was Great Their administrator Anna Thomas came out and greeted me with a big smileud83dude01nLook these guys up to get your DOT physical.
