Dr. Tan is the first doctor I consider my doctor in my whole adult life. So sweet and caring for his patients. I started bringing my teenage daughter here and she loves him even more than I do! Had a great experience here. While on vacation, my 3 daughters became sick. I was able to bring them all in for a quick diagnosis and antibiotics allowing everyone to feel better quickly and enjoy the rest of our trip. The entire staff was so kind and the doctor had wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend.

I recently visited this office approximately week and a half ago and was diagnosed with type a flu. When the physician assistant came in to supposedly evaluate me, he never even came close to me. He never checked my breathing, my throat, or my sinuses or my ears. Mind you I have asthma so anytime I get a flu bad cold it usually goes south. He never did any kind of exam on me whatsoever and said he would call in some Tamiflu. I had to ask for additional medicationu2019s for my nebulizer and I also asked for a steroid, knowing how my body reacts to this kind of illness. He said he would call it in but failed to do so. I called the clinic back and I got my Tamiflu and my nebulizer medication but still no steroid And was told he would call it in after he was done with a patient. I knew Iu2019m laying in my car waiting for this prescription. Finally I just went home. Called back about 4 PM and finally got him to call in the steroid. Iu2019m very disappointed that this PA never did an actual examination of me. Never listen to my lawns never check me out And I had to pursue him Three times to actually get my medications.nnThe staff was friendly, but the building appeared dirty ie bathroom And I was there in the morning not at the end of the day

I donu2019t understand how these places are open. Nothing urgent about it. Nothing helpful. Doesnu2019t return calls. Doesnu2019t have a doctor half the time so canu2019t really help you. You will be the only one sitting in the waiting room for an hour while the people in the back sit on their phones. Makes no sense.
