I highly suggest making an appointment online prior to showing up it will save you hours of waiting. Get the app!!!! Once there and called in to be seen all staff are courtesy and thorough. They are considerate of your time, how you feel etc. I recommend this specific one on nasa1. However, I was there from 9- 2:30nSo lesson learned make an appointment online before going. My daughter told me there are better urgent care than them near by.nGood to know

I accidentally shattered a glass, resulting in a deep gash on my thumb. Janice Cobo displayed remarkable patience and gentleness as she skillfully stitched up my wound. Given my low pain tolerance, she took the necessary time to soothe my nerves and provided excellent care. I am truly impressed by her dedication to her patients and her swift handling of each case. Great experience fron check in to departure everything was great. I checked in waited about 10 min and was escorted in and had blood pressure and weight documented. I saw the NP within 10 minutes. Received a steroid shot and was checked. Quick, professional and knowledgeable I will visit this urgent care again when needed.
