Putting the bad reviews to the side I showed up at 8 and they were the only urgent care that would help me with my 7 year old to be seen. All the urgent cares on hesperia rd close at 8 but stop seeing people at 7 itu2019s so sad. Receptionist was so friendly nurse and doctor overall. So quick and efficient telling friends and family to go here

Actually giving this doctors office two stars is a bonus because theyu2019re not even worth two stars had me waiting for hours when I first got there. I asked the nurse with the doctor be able to fill out my document for work because my asthma flaring up at work she said no problem and then after waiting four hours The doctor goes in there and says the paperwork is too long so theyu2019re not gonna complete the paperwork and that Iu2019m a liar. His nurse never told me that it would be done and I told him I had it on recording because Iu2019ve learned my lessons to trust people these days and he didnu2019t care to listen to it at all. He just called me out and said I was a liar When all he had to do was listen to it and it wouldu2019ve proved that his staff members a liar, but I wouldnu2019t recommend bringing your dying worm to that doctors office. They donu2019t care how they talk and they donu2019t care how long they make you wait.

The people who work here are lazy, greedy, and incompetent. After an update of her primary doctor, my poor grandma has wasted several days trying to find her primary doctor or at least someone who will accept her insurance. This place was referred to her and over the phone they said they accepted her insurance, so she made an appointment with them. Well, after a 30 minute drive early in the morning, upon arrival for the appointment they booked for her, they refused to let my grandma be seen by the doctor. The secretary explained that they did NOT accept her insurance and they won't see her because the doctor would not get paid. Yes, those were her exact words. We asked about paying out of pocket, she explained that just a consultation alone was too much for us to afford without insurance. Ontop of that, the doctor only comes in once a month to see patients, so our window of opportunity to receive the type of service we were hoping for has closed thanks to their incompetence. Well, thank you for wasting our time, energy, and gas money. Thank you for showing how little you actually consider or care for your senior patients.

Waited 4 hours with only 3 patients ahead of me. Prescription never sent to my pharmacy even after calling them 3 times that day then again the next day nothing sent. I was placed on hold for 1 hour before it was sent to pharmacy after the second call. Never going back. Nurse was very nice i don't like the way the Dr. Scolded her for not being able to reading his mind.

Donu2019t waste your time going there. The dr doesnu2019t even check you he ask you whatu2019s wrong with you and he referrals you to other doctors. Waste of time i should had known better by the low rating it has.
