Reception lady was incredibly unwelcoming and unfriendly. Quite rude. She didnu2019t like the form that my daughteru2018s school wanted filled out for her physical and she suggested that I get some additional form that doesnu2019t exist. I had to point out to her that I didnu2019t create the form and I have no ability to create some different school form to make her happy. She acted like it was a huge inconvenience to just let the doctor fill out the form, with which he had no problem, of course.nnI couldnu2019t help but notice thereu2019s at least two signs in the waiting area instructing patients not to be aggressive or combative with the staff. I have a feeling those have been put up because of problems this lady instigates. Those signs were helpful, to me, and well placed.nnThe doctor, on the other hand, was a pleasant human being. Took care of business and was friendly and easy to get along with. It was quite refreshing after the unpleasant experience with the receptionist.nnGo here for emergencies when you have no other option. The receptionist will likely criticize you for not making better decisions and avoiding being injured or sick; but, the medical staff will probably take decent care of you.

Need urgent care? Avoid NextCare Urgent Care. You'll make an appointment online hours ahead, check in when you arrive, and be told they have no record of you even when you show them your appointment confirmation messages. You'll have to wait two hours while patients with appointment times after you are seen. Incredible. Go to Texas MedClinic and save yourself time and pain.

I had the misfortune of developing gout during the weekday. I quickly scheduled an appointment via telephone. The person who answered the phone at the Huebner/1604 area was super helpful and energetic. I was able to conveniently fill out forms online and avoid waiting. Dr. Paquette was very nice and explained what i feared about going to visit the urgent care. He reassured me everything was going to be ok and gave me some helpful health advice. The nurse, Lisa, was also helpful and very understanding while taking vitals and administering a shot.nShe made me feel at home in an otherwise uncomfortable situation but the initial call to this place started off great with Ethans level of customer care. He explained everything up front clearly set the standard for the level of care I was going to receive at this place. There is a reason they are rated a 4.7! BEST URGENT CARE IN SA! Thank you Dr. Paquette, Lisa and Ethan!

Great experience. It was two weeks to get into my primary care facility and their recommendation would have taken at least six hours. I was in and out in less than an hour with the appropriate treatment. No complaints. My insurance actually covered everything

I was truly impressed with the customer service! The whole team was helpful, communicative, responsive, and extremely friendly. The facilities are nice. My positive experience started on the phone with the front desk team, and extended to the care I received at the office. I would absolutely recommend it!
