I am getting infusion for stage 3 cancer from this organization. I called the office yesterday at 4:30 pm and left a message requesting a call back about a serious medical condition that had developed. It's 11:45 a.m. the next day. I still haven't gotten a call. This is as poor as any customer service I've ever received.

Billing is a nightmare. Imperial Health has acknowledged I do not owe them a balance, yet they have sent my account to collections and even after they said they will remove it the collection company has informed me Imperial has not removed it and if I donu2019t pay my credit will be negatively affected. We have been trying to get this resolved for a month now. Imperial gives us 3 different phone numbers each of which finds a way to tell us to contact one of the others. I had United Healthcare on the phone with them who explained they submitted my insurance information incorrectly as well. After which billing at Imperial told me I had no balance and any collections would be removed which has not happened. The Lake Charles office also said they would email me an account statement showing no balance but never did so. This has gone on for a month and weu2019ve spent many hours looking for a resolution with zero results.

Today I left my job feeling bad from my sinuses draining in my throat and ears. I had just left work with my mask on and enter the building. I was asked loudly by a nurse if I was getting a COVID test and if so they do not have any testes, but on my arrive I notice someone getting a test.nBut I did not want a test just a shot or medicine for my sinuses. I told the nurse that twice and she was so loud everybody in the office just looked at her and me they came around the corner to see who the nurse was talking to I was embarrassed and leftnThe nurse was rudeu2026.everybody that comes into your business does not have Covid-19u2019s .nPlease have a conversation with your staff because customer service is very important, if not corrected you will continuously lose customers.

Imperial health system is about getting your money, but not providing service.nAll post a sign that states patient cannot be over 15 min late. I am constantly being seen over an hour past my appointment time.nStaff is not friendly.

My brother went last week and they had blood work.They tried to call on Monday to discuss results. Tomorrow is Thursday still no response from the office. Maybe we need to go to another doctor so the results would be more important.
