Absolutely terrible experience with the Drs Office. The reason I left my last Dr. The Dr. I saw was great. I'm sure he'd help out with my requests if only the office would get their sht together. So disappointed, and now I'm stuck having to find another Drs Office because of their incompetence. For context. I called a week ago asking for a simple neurologist referral. They said they submitted request and nearly a few days later, nothing. I called again and was told it would be bumped up to urgent. A week later, I call and they tell me it was not bumped up to urgent. Supposedly they're making it urgent, but I won't be going back to this office. First & last time.nnEdit: I'd like to add that the amazing Dr Chatalyan personally called me to apologize for the delay. He let me know he was on it, gave me a time frame of when the request should be fulfilled, and also followed up regarding a medication. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 for the quick follow up.

Starting from the receptionist, they are super rude and have so much attitude like they hate their job. (Liz) to be specific. I came in for my sons appointment with Dr. Anisha Patel and was waiting in a room for 45 minutes until I decided to just leave because my 3 year old son was not having it being it in a room for so long just waiting. Then an hour later when they realized I had left, Dr. calls me to try to reschedule but of course only on her availability after mentioning that it was important and wanted my son to get seen as soon as possible.. Do not recommend this clinic at all. I will be switching my sons Dr.nShe was assigned to him ever since he was born and she has literally only seen him like 2 times. Other appointments was always her assistantu2019s or someone else.

My grandma had a biopsy and bloodwork done here and we were told that we would be called with the results in a few weeks. We were never called with the results and when we contacted the hospital to request the results, we were transferred to a million departments, half of which did not even answer the phone. It should not be this difficult to get your test results.
