I went to the closest In & Out clinic to be seen for strep throat. I have Medicare which since I am retired is my primary insurance. I also have a supplement plan through State Farm which just went into effect 11/1. I had policy number but no card yet. They would not see me because they argued that SF was my primary and Medicare was supplement. I even got my agent on the phone to try to explain. They still couldnu2019t get it and were telling me Iu2019d have to pay in full. I called another of their locations that was just a bit further and they said same. Fortunately I live in a big enough town there was another option - they know insurance and I have been quickly seen.

I was at In & Out clinic this morning for a wheezy cough. Everyone was Wonderful! I received superior care. Josh the PA gave me a good exam and diagnosed me, and prescribed appropriate meds. It was a pleasure being there! Everyone was so professional and nice. Go there if you need to! They treat you so very well. From the receptionist, the nurse and Josh, the PA. 5 stars plus!!!
