This location is absolutely unprofessional, The last time I went in there. The front desk people were arguing with each other in front of all of the patients. Also, donu2019t expect them to answer their phones And when they do answer the phone, they talk, so shitty to you as if itu2019s not their job to answer the phone. I have seen front desk people, Deny service to somebody because they came five minutes late. Even though Iu2019ve arrived at this location early, and still not been seen until 15 minutes after my appointment time. I have seen walk-ins be denied even though they have A Sign, saying walk-ins Welcome. If you have babies, you guys want great quality pediatricians. I suggest donu2019t come here. Management doesnu2019t care. The people are unprofessional, just avoid this place

RUDE, verbally abusive, and unprofessional! I have had a nurse yell at me, call me inappropriate, hateful words. She also yelled about a parent in the hallway for everyone to hear. Inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable. That nurse should not have a job if she canu2019t treat patients/customers with respect and human decency!

I am specifically reviewing Robin on the appointment line. She was amazingly helpful to me with an issue I was having. (We live an hour from the clinic.) She even took the time to call and update me on the progress of the resolution, and then again once resolved. She is now my favorite person in the clinic! She has restored my faith in 'customer service'. Thank you Robin!nnedited: I provided the previous review (at 5 stars) - only for Robin at the appointment line. I have been going to this clinic for over a decade. While in the office, the staff is very friendly and qualified. If you leave a message on the nurse line however, you won't likely get a call back. If this was the only time this happened, I would never leave a bad review - life happens and people are human. Unfortunately, this has been my experience more often than not (after reviewing what others are saying, it's not just me.)nnThis is no longer worth my frustration. I really do like the doctors and nurses there, but it is time to find a new clinic.

I was just informed today that the office has lost all wellness visit and immunization records for my children from 2012 to 2019. They only ever visited these offices and I had a vaccine plan made and followed with the doctor. These offices were their PCP from 2009 to 2019. The lady on the phone acted like my children were rarely seen at these offices. She told me my youngest had only med check records with them and no wellness visits. Then the woman on the phone admitted there may still be a paper file, but I should just get the immunization records I was asking for from my childrens' schools. The doctors offices are responsible for these records and her answers are unacceptable. I will be going in person to demand the full files for my children.

My granddaughter has gone to both clinics for 13 years! Caitlin Sunderman is the absolute best and most understanding and loving Dr ever! As for the ladies, Dana, Robin, Brittney, and Harley they are such beautiful rays of sunshine, nice, sweet and very caring and considerate! The only downfall is that the nurses NEVER return calls on anything, even test results. If you leave a message for the nurses, don't hold your breath because you'll definitely turn blue. Thank you to the staff and beautiful Dr Catlin for all you do
