I cannot stress how quickly and efficiently I was treated at this urgent care. I was in so much pain from my shingles and the PA Emily was kind, patient and very informative! Here I am 24 hours later and feeling so much better! This is the best result I've ever experienced at urgent care.

Tried their Telehealth service because it said someone was online but no one ever joined the session. I then called before leaving to confirm that if I arrived within 20 minutes that I would be seen and to confirm no issues with insurance as I recently got married and have not received updated insurance cards but have an updated license. Was only told that I'd need to upload my insurance and ID and fill out the new patient form. Arrive, go back and forth with front desk about card email because email is bouncing back. Get a confirmation that my cards have been received, give car make and color, disclose my symptoms (allergic reaction). Am told an appointment has been made and they will call me when they are coming out to my car. Thirty minutes go by. The woman in the car next to me, who was there prior to my arrival, is looking around like she's expecting a nurse to come out to her car. I call into the office again and ask what the wait time is because I AM HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO SOMETHING and was told oh, the wait time is 2-3 hours. When I asked the receptionist why that wasn't disclosed to me her response was Well you didn't ask. I had already disclosed that I'm having an allergic reaction and volunteering the wait time isn't a default response? In what world is that appropriate? Waved at the woman still in her car next to me and asked if she knew they were quoting 2-3 hour wait time and she confirmed that desk staff was also rude and unhelpful and had not disclosed the wait time to her either. I obviously left to find treatment elsewhere. However, am home nearly 3 hours later and filling out paperwork for another office and received a call from this location where they 1. Referred to me by my last name after I corrected them and 2. Needed to confirm which name was my legal name despite it saying VOID across the old ID photo, I completed the online form with my current information, and we clearly talked about this before I arrived at the clinic. Informed them that I had already left after talking with their receptionist earlier in the day. This location is disorganized, unhelpful and rude.

I have a very pleasant experience at this Urgent Care. It was very busy and I was treated with kindness at the door. The wait was a little long but that is to be expected when there are many other patients ahead of me. The provider was very kind and professional. I was given my prescriptions and was feeling better few days later. They also were kind enough to call me a few days after to see how I was doing. Very happy with my care here. I would use this Urgent Care again.

I understand EVERYONE is sick of Covid. I chose this urgent care due to the convenience of staying in my car. However, the office receptionist was completely rude. I had to call twice and both days this woman was not happy & not happy to be there.I was at this Urgent Care two days in a row. My husband was there as well for a Covid test. The receptionist was rude to him as well when he called. I didnu2019t have my secondary insurance card and the lady kept saying I needed it. I stated to her it didnu2019t matter because my primary insurance covered both rapid & pcr. I couldnu2019t find my card!! I would give her my SSN and she can look it up. I should have of not told her I had any secondary Insurance because she was so rude. I told her literally three times I had my card two weeks ago but couldnu2019t find it.The medical assistant was amazing. The MA who called me for medical intake was very nice. Iu2019m sorry the receptionist is over worked or stressed but donu2019t take it out on people who are sick and are needing care. The physician that checked out my congested son was also very nice. I wonu2019t go back. I gave two stars because everyone else was nice. Yes I had to wait but I understand. I worked in a hospital ER for years so I understand.
