Iu2019m very impressed with the stafff and quality of care I received!! I was really having difficulty breathing due to the Bronchitis I didnu2019t know I had! They gave me a breathing treatment and sent me to another facility that had an X ray machine- and they were wonderful there as well! Iu2019m so glad I went in!! All the staff I encountered were cheerful, helpful and very empathetic to me. My physician was excellent and really made me feel taken care of!! Excellent job!

I would give this place zero Stars if I could. I had the worst experience there today and would never go back or recommend it. I called to see if I could come over for a pain injection for severe pain due to a back problem, most likely a compressed disc pressing on a nerve. I was told the wait was at least 2 hours and I should make an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. I made an appointment for later in the day at 4:45 and got there a few minutes early. Then I was told there were a lot of people waiting and they would be awake and I explained as long as I could leave by 6:40 that was fine because I was night blind and had to drive home before dark.nI was in so much pain I couldn't sit or stand comfortably and was in tears. At 6:15 my name was finally next on the board and I hope that I could quickly get in and get the shot to hold me over until I could see my doctor on Monday. I knew they were still two people inside and that it seemed to take well over an hour for each person to be treated once they got inside but I didn't have that long and just prayed that I could be seen quickly to at least just get the pain medication. When the nurse open the door to call the next name I was horrified to hear that it wasn't mine. I went to the front desk to find out what had happened since my name was next on the list and was told that the man who was called in didn't have an appointment but he had been waiting a long time so they put him in before me. I told the receptionist that I had an appointment and had already been waiting 2 hours in severe pain and explain to her that I had to leave because I couldn't drive in the dark and she said there was nothing she could do about it. It was just the way it was. She didn't care that I was in tears from the pain and that I wasn't going to be helped after waiting all that time or that if I had come earlier when I called despite the fact that I was told not to, I could have been helped. Now I have to go through another night of torture not sleeping just so I can wait for the morning to go to a different Urgent Care further away because I certainly will never go back to Banner. Horrible experience with people that could care less about you. To have one doctor there on a Saturday and claim on their website that they have fast care with minimal wait time is ridiculous.

It takes one person to ruin the entire experience.nnI took my girlfriend here to get help for a sinus infection. When we left and got to the pharmacy, we were going to be handed gigantic pills, which my girlfriend has a hard time swallowing. So we refused them.nnWhen we returned & asked the tall female receptionist to ask the doctor for a new prescription, she made of series of completely unnecessary and condescending comments, such as u201cjust take them itu2019s just like foodu201d u201conly children get liquid medicationu201d and u201cfor your weight itu2019ll be a big jug of liquid medicationu201d with arm gestures pretending to carry the liquids and such.nnShe handed us a prescription to turn into another pharmacy instead of sending it over, while also forgetting to put the 2nd medication on that same form. This cost us a lot of time and hassle.nnIt shouldnu2019t be this difficult to get the healthcare you need. It costs $0 dollars to keep your mouth shut from offending other people, and to have more attention to detail. The small details can ruin everything for the next person.nnThe rest of the staff however, were very nice and helpful. Itu2019s a shame that the face of the facility ruined it for them.

Used Banner Health emergency room yesterday in Scottsdale. Holly and assistance from Thomas made a necessary application of a catheter the best it can be. Kudos to your care and professional skill. Your staff were all on the ball. My second experience here. Very happy with the outcome. Everyone that I met was so courteous.

I had a great experience here. I didnu2019t wait long. NP Khanh Le was amazing. She was caring and thorough. She fixed up my laceration with TLC. I would definitely go back to have her care for me. The receptionist and intake med tech were very kind, quick and understanding. Thank you ladies!!! I highly recommend!!
