First time visiting this office, the brightness the designs the aroma was sweet with a hint of sandlewood. Smelled so good,Mrs. Renae,was very kind,informative & funny. Even though was at doctor for one thing after speaking with Mrs. Renae and few laughs I can say she made me so comfortable as we new each other. Impeccable customer service and bedside manner!nnI didn't feel like driving to my usual UC, so I googled others in the area. I was surprised that there was one so close. From calling over the phone (to check hours and insurance coverage) to reaching their door, the office manager was extremely polite and welcoming.nnWe met with the Dr. Fletcher (who was casually sitting at the front desk when we walked in, lol) that I was super shocked when she walked in as the care provider. I am used to urgent and emergency care providers brushing off symptoms, but she showed tremendous care and empathy. I trust her with our lives.. LITERALLY! I wish I had found this place sooner, but I'm glad I have now.
