I've lived in a LOT of apartments in my life, and I have to say this one was hands down my absolute favorite. I lived here from 2018-2021. The property was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. My 3rd floor unit faced Ellington Field so I got to enjoy air shows right from my balcony, which as an aviation nerd, was awesome. The view of the sunrises/sunsets was also a nice treat! I really loved how overly dog-friendly they were lol. The leasing ladies were always so sweet and I loved how they would put on little events and give out yummy treats and such. Due to the fact that it's newer construction, we didn't have to worry much about decay or anything that comes with older apartments. The water is extremely hard, though, and might muck up your hair. Maintenance wasn't lighting fast, but didn't drag their feet eitheru2013 I just didn't like the way they did a couple of repairs because it took from the aesthetic of my kitchen (like putting a wooden block under an outlet to make it fit instead of just fixing the sheetrock). I also didn't enjoy the fact that we had to let people inside (even if not home) to inspect fire alarms every so often, but that's part of the contract we signed. Only major complaint would be management, they were just not very nice. Keep in mind this was 4-6 years ago, so things may have changed. Lots of lovely staff came and went over my 2u00bd years there, rumors said they didn't want to put up with it lol. Luckily you don't often need to deal with them, but when you move out, you might be in for a nasty surprise with the charges. We left the unit in nearly the same condition it was in when we moved in, and STILL got charged over $1,000. I believe they wanted $80 for some imperceptible specs of dust on the blinds after they'd been cleaned, just stuff like that. Basically ANYTHING they could find, they charged for. That was insane. Oh, and parking was an unorganized nightmare where everyone was always fighting for spots and you would have to walk a long ways sometimes. I know they were still working on new parking when I was there, so this may have been rectified by now. Just want to give a realistic overview. Overall, I did really enjoy living here and I actually kind of miss it.

Richmark properties and Clearpoint crossings are the best apartments ever!! One of the girls at the desk, Victoria help me find my forever home ud83eudd29 the sweetest ever great beautiful property clean and neat! Love this apartment complex 10 out of 10 would recommend! Also not just the staff is super nice the maintenance staff specially Cameron did a wonderful job with my work order a nice good man.

The apartment complex is very luxurious and has a nice swimming pool and outdoor grilling area. My daughter took her 6 year old birthday mermaid pictures there and they came out perfectly. We have also visited the property club house and it was very accommodating and well maintained!

We lived there for one year and had no issues at all! Maintenance always fixed anything we had and the Ladies in the office were always nice and helpful! The whole experience was very smooth and the location was perfect for us at the time.
