This office is the worst anyone can ever go to. Since the change from Dr. Kliener the service has deteriorated to a negative score. Phone calls go unanswered and if for any reason you do get an answer you are placed o hold and no one comes back to to the phone for hours and then they end the call. There is no follow up from anyone except for PA Janeth. If she was the only one working there the service would be so much better. I've move all 6 of my family from that office and encouraged may others to leave. While one understands that the offices can be busy the staff at the office are unprofessional and do not care..I would never recommend this facility to anyone

Extremely rude office staff, can't speak for the doc but office staff might as well be a reflection on the doctor himself.The office staff is useless, rude, and impolite. They leave you waiting on the phone for hours without answering. The administrative system is a total disaster. They always make mistakes with prescription referrals, I spent four months looking for a prescription, spoke with my insurance company. The insurance company suggested I speak with my doctor, and so on. When I had an appointment with another specialist, I asked him for a prescription for the medication, without going into details. SURPRISE: Within two hours, I got the medication that took me four months to get at Dr.This office is terrifying, and they should take action.A TOTAL MESS, UNPROFESSIONALISM, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE.

Once again, this healthcare group has let me down. These are not true professionals. The reason why state that is because I know Iu2019m a true professional they do not care about their patience and it shows Iu2019m very disappointed due to the fact I have to write this review. Dr. Kleiner took care of me every time I needed him to take care of me. He passes the torch to Janet and she is not taking care of me at one point, she forgot to fill my prescription now itu2019s past 5:30pm. I havenu2019t gotten a call the staff there are liars. I am so disappointed in myself by choosing my loyalty before my eyes Iu2019m loyal, loyal,loyal, but what Iu2019m seeing now after Dr. Kleiner passed me off to Janet. Is a decline. Itu2019s the same words that are uttered out of their mouths when you speak to them Iu2019m in need of results. They stated to me that it will take three days for my results to come in. Iu2019m on day four and Janet does not have the acorns to call me Iu2019m very disappointed in her practice as a healthcare professional. Your antennas are supposed to be up and alert, knowing whatu2019s going on with your patient. I called her last week and she was just so easy with passing me off, the concern level was very low. Iu2019m very disappointed in myself because I chose loyalty over what my eyes have seen you all are very disappointing, keyword hint, hint, many of you in that office have disgusting attitudes. There needs to be a meeting about customer service. You actually might need to take care of the people working in there. Treat them to lunch treat them like people thatu2019s just my opinion once again Iu2019m very disappointed in you all.

I would give a -0 stars if I could. They do not care about their patients at all. Took them 3 weeks to check the email that was sent for the doctors to send a preauthorization for a medication I need for diabetes and they still didnu2019t fill it out correctly. When you call them they barely answer the phones and their voicemail is always full so you canu2019t leave a message. When you voice your concerns with them they donu2019t care or even try to help you. I definitely would not recommend them. They can not handle the patients they have so BEWARE of you are new.My husband and myself were new patients when my husband came in he was about to have a seizure and all they could tell me was to take him to the hospital and never offered even to help me get him to the car. Bunch of quacks

Ever since Dr. A. Fernandez sold the practice to this group MD Healthcare Margate LLC dba Infinity Healthcare Group LLC it's gone down hill I will be leaving at the end of this year and moving on to a much better practice who actually answer the phone to help there patience I did like the staff ,but it is out of their hands on how the procedure in the office work now and you are just a number plus this was the second time they screwed my blood work in 3 months
