I had a pleasant experience, considering I was being seen for a broken foot. The wait time was reasonable, front desk staff very helpful and friendly, nurses were kind and caring, and Dr. Baker was very helpful. I will definitely use this facility again if I am in need of an urgent care clinic.

I have always driven from Foley to Gulf Shores to go to this urgent care because they are always fast and friendly! There is one problem that I have and it's with the woman who works at the front desk. She was extremely rude to me and I also witnessed her being very rude to another lady. It was like she was annoyed because we both brought our sick children in. She told me that they normally don't see patients who driver license is expired....my license expired at the end of October. I had no idea because I never look at it! So...you are not going to see my sick child because my driver license is expired??!!! That is ridiculous! My daughter ended up being seen. I have never experienced a person so rude in my life! If you don't like people, then you shouldn't work in a doctor's office. The rest of the staff was very friendly and seemed to care about my daughter!

Well, nobody like to get sick on vacation, but who has two thumbs and got the flu? Yeah, this guy. It was busy and I was in and out (including the flu test) in under an hour. Super nice people, Dr. Mancha and the nurses did a fantastic job for us. If you're sick and need urgent care, this is a great place. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience!! Doctor Tobiassen was extremely personable and great when it came to explaining treatment. Overall the entire staff was extremely helpful. The wait was less than 10 minutes and I will use them for any future urgent care needs and highly recommend them to anyone who listens.

Hurt my left foot on the drive from Kentucky to Gulf Shores, AL. Not a good way to start a vacation. Took 13 hours to get to our destination, and had to sleep off the pain, due to urgent cares being closed for the evening. But was able to see Dr. Baker early the next morning, to find I fractured the left side of my foot. Everyone was nice and the wait time was quick. Thank you to the staff at, Infirmary Urgent Care, and Dr. Baker.
