My first time visiting this office was very effective and quick. I was treated within an hour unlike when in the ER Iu2019m waiting for hours at a time. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive. The office was very clean and tidy. The doctor who saw me helped me tremendously and I felt better walking out than I did when I first walked in. I would recommend anyone to come here if their Primary Care physician is unavailableu2014especially during the holiday season. Thank you Infocus Urgent Care!

Found out I was sick this morning and went for a visit at around 6PM. Ms. Jackie at the reception quickly took me in and explained what to fill out as well as Ms. Karen who was extremely kind and quickly took my vitals. The Doctor was also very sweet and gave me the amount of days of as I requested. Very fast and nice experience for when youu2019re sick and in a need of fast taking care of.

Came in with flu-like symptoms at 3.40, not realizing they were closing early at 4. The staff looked at me sideways and were in an obvious rush to leave for the day. The doctor who treated me had the worst bedside manners; she asked me if I was in the medical field and, if so, Feel free to tell me what you think might be wrong here and we can figure it out together. On top of that, they charge you fees for paying with a card.

From the moment we walked in, the receptionist/nurse and doctor were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our patient was a very shy and sick teenager visiting from France, and we especially appreciated everyone's smart, creative problem-solving to get around translation, logistical and cross-cultural issues to give this patient excellent care. Overcharged my son, insurance company had to call them and they had to refund his money back.Took almost a month to get his money.they took a test to see if he had covid or a cold that took two days to get the results. No one never called him with the results he had to call them they said he has a cold and the Dr would call him. Another day went by so three days NO CALL AND NO PRESCRIPTION. Also he needed a Doctors note for work they Put the wrong dates on the excuse and when he called to get another note for work he was told they just couldn't write excuses the Dr had to ok it's been three days now.SMH UNPROFESSIONAL
