I had a very strange experience yesterday due to which I feel hesitant to give even one star to this facility. We took our 9 yrs old to the urgent where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. Dr Arjun said he will send in a prescription to the pharmacy after seeing the next patient. We waited for 3 hrs , the pharmacy didnu2019t receive anything and by then the urgent was closed too. We left a voice message, but no response. At the end ,we had to take our child , who was running high fever, to another urgent care. We are very disappointed with such casual approach , kindly save your time and money and go somewhere where they consider treating patients as their moral responsibility.

Was visiting my parents over the holidays and wasn't feeling well. I visited, they didn't do any tests, said I must have a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics. I had an abrasion or wound that wasn't healing but otherwise felt fine. Went to an urgent care back in Austin TX and apparently I have a strep infection. This Urgent care visit had me on an extra week of antibiotics that didn't actually help me. Go somewhere better! My Mom told me not to go to this one and I didn't listen.

We walked in at 8:40 pm and were welcomed graciously by the receptionist even though closing time was 9 pm and our arrival meant all staff would be working a lot longer. The medical assistant had great pep and positive energy even at the late hour, made us feel welcome, and Dr. Arjun saw us shortly after and continued our experience of being treated patiently and kindly. All staff wore masks, which we appreciated.nnDr. Arjun's assessment, diagnostic plan, and treatments were effective and we were very grateful and happy with our experience.

The most terrible medical care facility. The staff werenu2019t well trained and insisted that they need to speak to my insurance company on the phone to confirm I have the coverage. Since it was a Sunday, there is no one to answer so she gave me the choice of noting getting a treatment or pay out of pocket. Out of desperation I paid out of pocket so I can see a doctor to ease my pain. Now it is four months later I still not see my reimbursement back and they already billed my health insurance.

I went to Urgent Care in West Windsor & was diagnosed with an infection( Dr. Arjun). She was nice. Unfortunately, the infection did not go away. I called MANY MANY times, left messages, even spoke to a receptionist & NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK. Very disappointing. I will not be going back !
