Dr. Kempf has been amazing since the start. I will say one thing that got me that I am sure it doesn't happen often... It was my first visit a couple years ago and as I was leaving, already in my truck, she ran out to my window to get my attention, because all she wanted to do was to make sure they got down the right pharmacy!! I have never seen a PCP run out after a patient to just confirm where to call my Rx... the office could have called afterwards or she could have sent an assistant out to me, but no, it was Dr. Kempf. And as far as medicine and practice goes, the staff has always been soooo great and super nice. I am able to get appts fairly quickly. The office not a regular PCP office, it can be some urgent care services available too ( I had a knee xray done same day before.) I do like Dr. Kempf ways of treating, it think it could be more on the conversitive side but she can be very thorough with you and helps you understand. It's a step at a time and I do feel like she genuinely cares about our health!

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcome and valued as a patient.nnDr. Kempf was thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns. The physical exam was comprehensive, and I felt confident in their expertise. When I needed a prescription, they provided it promptly and explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood the medication and its benefits.

When walking in the music and atmosphere was very calming and relaxing the front desk was very patient and reassuring that my vist would go smoothly. When getting to the back I met with a nurse that did vitals and was quick and also amazing. Dr.Kempf has free medical advice for flu and cold symptoms and gave me one which was great and even she made sure I was all good for work and in all, truly an amazing and quick time thank you

The entire staff is amazing.. Great atmosphere and attitude.. Always greeted as soon as you walk in the office.. Dr. Kemph is amazing she is very professional and explains everything. I am very comfortable having her as my physician.. She is a great physician..

Melissa Kempf was so Informative and helped me with my urgent need. I looked up castle hills doctors and urgent care places and this facility popped up. So glad it did. I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
