In the past year Iu2019ve been a patient here, Iu2019ve been treated with the upmost care possible. The staff was nothing but great to me and I give thanks to Araceli Rodriguez the DSD for hiring such amazing CNAs. Without her leadership towards her staff I wouldnu2019t be able to move forward onto a new life experience. Thank you Morning CNAs for helping me in my time of TLC, Jeanette, Jazmine, Rebecca and Brandis. Also I will miss my Nurses Esther, Kay, and Rose for taking great care of me. I Love you girls and guy so much and I will miss you guys dearly. I will truly miss this place for all the staff and friends I made throughout my stay. Itu2019s such a bittersweet goodbye.

I wanted to thank all the staff here at waterman. Especially Destiny Brian Crystal LVNs Rosie Brandy Alejandrina CNAs, and also the DSD Dept. Kitchen for the great food. Overall everything was great. I'll miss you all.

Worst place to take your love one, I had previously put a review and it was deleted! This place has been reported to the department of health services. The whole place is dirty and falling apart. Beds are with old soiled and make the rooms smell terrible. The staff sells chips, sodas, and candy to diabetic patients and then want to administer insulin! Complained multiple times and got rude responses. Raven a CNA who is obviously not in a happy place working there should be terminated. Responses from workers like, Oh that's not part of my job, I am busy right now, I don't know, etc. Very unprofessional,my father had high blood pressure readings, his medication was not given correctly. We had to call and as for the director of Nursing and even with that we got handed down to Hazel the social worker. It is sad how these types of facilities are run down by money making machines. We are all going the same way, getting older, why not be compassionated for those that need help!!! What did it cost to treat a patient like you would like your own family to be treated. Please do yourself a favor do not take your love one here. Rest assure there is a lawsuit file for malpractice of this facility!

My son was admitted with heart problems and little to no use of his legs. He is receiving excellent care and said everyone is very helpful and always available to assist him. He is progressing very well, thanks to the doctors and staff. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my son!
