I was seen at Innovacare Health in Titusville, Florida on Wed, May 14th, for pain in my right kidney area. A urinalysis revealed blood, and I was sent for a STAT X-ray at Parrish Medical Center. The results were sent to Innovacare Health the following morning. As of May 19th, I have yet to receive a call or email from Innovacare with next steps. My kidney pain persists. My hope is itu2019s a stone and not an infection. If itu2019s the latter, delaying treatment can be problematic at the least.nI made calls on two different days to Innovacare. No one has followed up as of this writing. Poor treatment, and poor customer service.

Update: InnovaCare complaint website, of course doesnu2019t work.nnAnother problem: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th situations.nnMy husband and I went from the Debary location to the Deltona offices due to the front office staff. There was NO improvement. Both repeatedly canceled our appointments, were incredibly rude when you could understand them. We really like our provider Vanessa Davis but what we go through with the call center, the front office staff, and the u2018referral from a home office departmentu2019 have been too much. Iu2019ve made five complaints against the Debary office to my insurance and will continue to pursue actions against them.nnI was in healthcare for twenty-five plus years and I have never seen such disregard for non-Latin patients in my career. I cannot fathom holding a grudge against people because of their race, orientation, or sexu2026even religion. But it is very clear us not being Latin to the front office staff is an issue. It grieves me.nnI witness an elderly white male patient come in begging for an appointment for his very sick elderly wife. The front office person was rude and nasty to the old man. She would state that there was no appointment, sheu2019d have to wait. Number one other options were available; another location for a geriatric patient, an urgent care facility or even the er. But your so called policy is to keep your patients from going to the later two type facilities as it effects your POINTS system with money earned from insurance companies. Itu2019s deplorable and weu2019re considering legal action with twelve other families against those practices and InnovaCare.nnBefore I left the practice that day, I witnessed the front desk being nasty to a black patient while going overboard to accommodate multiple Latin patients. You should be ashamed. Discrimination is major.nnWe can never get referrals. Our appointments are made then canceled by your office staff repeatedly. I mean sometimes four times over one appointment. It has been too much for almost a year. Office staff is rude and nasty and never keep promises they directly give to us until we go sit in the office without leaving until the issue is dealt with.nnWeu2019re always told there is no office manager. The only concern of the front staff at Debary is the family lunches up stairs in the old bank they use and the Zoomba classes up there which are irritating to have to listen to when waiting to see a provider.nnIu2019m just before filing a legal complaint! Weu2019re still gathering legal advice.nnIu2019ve repeatedly reached out to everyone including you as well as on google. You have not cared at all.nn1st review!nAfter filing complaints with the insurance company, attempting to talk to a practice manager weu2019ve been lied to about at every turn, and after leaving true reviews about your pathetic attempt at healthcare we were told to submit a complaint via the u2018suggestionsu2019 portholeu2026guess whatu2026it doesnu2019t work! Medical malpractice and the governing bodies over healthcare institutions is my next course of action. You keep not listening and see where you wind up!nnPatients be wareu2026.DO NOT USE ANY PRACTICE MANAGED BY INNOVACARE! The entire situation will be in an extensive blog in late November!

Dr Luis Rivera at the Poinciana office is the worst and lazy do not want to do anything I need an operation we have to cancel every time because he do not want to fill out the paperwork to aprove the operation, you have a appointment with him he look at his computer he say everything okay come back in a month waste your time but you always remember to send a bill to your insurance company

The billing department, if you can talk to them, have no idea on how to properly bill insurance companies even though they have u201c20 years in billing u201c. All they care about is if you owe them money. According to them I have to change my insurance card every time to the specific doctor I am seeing that day. Stay away from them or it is going to cost a lot of money because you will never meet your deductible due to the billing department not capable of billing insurance correctly.
