I canu2019t say enough good things about Mr. McGee! He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and thorough but also one of the most compassionate medical professionals Iu2019ve ever encountered. Iu2019ve had the privilege of being treated by him more than once, and he has also cared for my five-year-old with such gentleness and patience.nnHe takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel informed and reassured, never rushed or unheard. His kindness, professionalism, and expertise make all the difference when youu2019re not feeling your best. Iu2019m truly grateful for the care he provides, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of exceptional medical attention!

I had an incompetent Medical Assistant performing my TB test. She didnu2019t know what she was doing but tried to play it off! She also didnu2019t perform hand hygiene until I asked. The same person also did my registration and didnu2019t provide me with the Notice of Privacy Practice which you are required by law to do. She said that I didnu2019t need the Notice of Privacy Practice. I couldnu2019t imagine going here for something more serious. Go elsewhere where they care about the standard of care!

I wish I could give a lower review. My father was sent here when he was in too much pain to do physio. He was dealing with cirrhosis (not caused by alcoholism but the doctor here never believed that) and needed to stay active but couldn't. Insight did scans and discovered he had bone spurs between three of his vertebrae. Due to his cirrhosis, he couldn't take any OTC drugs. They (the doctor at Insight) wouldn't prescribe him anything for the pain unless he went off his psych meds. We emphasized during every visit that my dad was on disability for stress induced angina and bipolar disorder and that he had a huge fear of doctors and medical facilities. Going off his psych meds wasn't an option. The doctor finally decided on injections but Dad would need to go off a couple of his cardiac meds (blood thinners, aspirin). The cardiologist actually okayed him to stop those meds entirely because his blood pressure was doing so well. We go in the day of the injections (mind you, my dad had to be in a wheelchair whenever he left the house and was in enough pain, my mom and I had to pick him up off the floor daily) and he's actually excited, he's chipper and making jokes and is anxious but the rare good kind. They prep him, wheel him back to where they do the injections, and then bring him back out because the doctor at Insight decides he's uncomfortable with the knowledge dad didn't stop the blood pressure drugs for two weeks but in fact will not be going back on them afterwards. Meaning my dad was completely compliant with the requirements but the doctor didn't like what a different specialist had decided for after the procedure. He took my dad all the way to the finish line after three months of appointments and then disqualified him from the race. My dad had a very understandable reaction; in severe pain and already here for maybe two hours and denied care at the last second, he got really mad. They discharged him from the practice entirely for making a scene.nnDad never was able to start up physio. This was one of the big events that resulted in hepatic encephalopathy - Insight didn't cause it but they denied him the care that was one of the necessary aspects of him recovering/not further declining in the process. Being active would have made an enormous difference, even if it was just sitting up and being able to use the stairs. He passed away from complications caused by that encephalopathy and I can't get that awful day out of my head. My mother works in healthcare admin and I was my father's caregiver for a decade. I can usually find the reason even if I'm unhappy with it in decisions medical staff make that upset me or a loved one. This was egregious and we made complaints at the time. I wish we would have taken it further.

The only reason Iu2019m giving them a one is because I cannot give them a zero. I was told by my doctor to go to an urgent care and he advised this place. I looked online. It said they were open. I spoke to people who worked there who also said it was open Thereu2019s a sign on the front door saying itu2019s closed Way to go guys Keep up the below, part work

Kind, caring, and personable. A man to trust your health with to get well. He said to an emt there u201cI didnu2019t like to do that to people because that really hurts them.
