Positive 5 stars for all accounts from professionalism of Dr Paul and staff(Kim). Dr Paul's Active listening and thinking on best plans of treatment options and recommendations and medical prescriptions which gave me the best night sleep I have had in 1.5 weeks. Medicine works like a charm. They checked all aspects. I am completely satisfied with the level of service and actual Dr to patient discussion and the experience. I 1000% recommend this urgent care for any of your medical heal th care needs.

I came to this facility around 630pm on a Thursday. The whole visit took about 90min which I thought was great! The staff was friendly. The doc was a jack of all trades! He was working the front desk and the back which impressd me. The one thing is I would not know who he, or anyone, was because no one had on any identifiers (ie badge or nametag with crednetials). Otherwise, the staff was friendly. They communicated well the next steps and answered all of my questions. They had what I needed on site and they were effecient! I was pleased with my experience and would come back here....but prayerfully, I will not!

Weu2019ve been here three times now. This urgent care is very convenient, and responds quickly. The doc on staff is highly knowledgeable and very nice especially with my daughter. The reason for the four stars is the reception attendant. She also takes vital signs. Her attitude is quite cold and sometimes off handed. She had me administer medication to my daughter so Iu2019m not even sure if sheu2019s a nurse or nursing attendant. Iu2019d advise she do better.

I had a wonderful experience at Insight Urgent Care today. The establishment is very clean. Nurse Karina was wonderful she made me feel welcomed and seen. Dr. Phung was very welcoming also and funny. The wait time was very short I was in and out within a matter of time. If you need a good Urgent Care center to go to go to this one.

Very quick and caring! I was looking for an Urgent Care to attend to because or a red swollen lump I had growing. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and helpful with getting me appointed for a doctor. The doctor was able to find out it was an abscess and had an incision done to drain it out in a short amount of time! He helped me feel comfortable while the procedure was taken place.nThey are both informative and helpful with my reason going today! Would recommend this place! 5/5
