Some people just strike you as caring, sincere and wonderful when they sweep into a room. Dr. Hobbs is one of them. She is knowledgeable, and was able to help me start feeling better swiftly!nThere is a very kind lady working at the front desk also who is always a burst of sunshine.nMuch appreciated!

I have been sick for over a week and put off going to a Dr as long as possible. Today was the day. As bad as I felt I really didnu2019t want to wait in line long so I went online to see what was available. It only asked what time I wanted to come in so I gave myself an hour to get dressed and get there and received a confirmation to come on down. I showed up 5 minutes before my scheduled visit. I will say that everyone was preoccupied and didnu2019t even really look up at me being there at their window for a couple of minutes but once they got started. With paperwork and such things went fast and I was in a room about 5 minutes after I filled out my forms. The nurse that came in to interview me was very nice and made me feel like a long term patient instead of a brand new one. The Dr that came in was very through in her questions and exam and went way overboard in helping me understand what was going on and what we needed to do to fix me up. I really appreciate that. She also looked into some long term care for me that needed to be taken care of but I had been putting off.nnI have lived in the area now for 4 years and havenu2019t been able to find a primary care doctor. Their beside manner sucks and you can never get into anyoneu2019s office. I really appreciate the care and concern I was given today more than I can explain.nnI do need to say that while filing out my paperwork 2 other patients came in and were upset at not being seen immediately.. The receptionist had told them theyu2019d be happy to see them but it would be a bit. Neither liked that answer. All I could think of was where can anyone go that will have the ability to not wait in line? Both people walked out a litter irritated at having to wait their turn. Perhaps more signage could be hung about going online to reserve a spot? I am unsure but I am very grateful for the help I received today and I will be returning.

Iu2019ve been here before and theyu2019re nice but they say they close at 8, but I show up at 6:30 and theyu2019re no longer taking patients. I called at 6 ou2019clock and asked the wait time, get my kids packed up which is hassle enough just for them to not take me. If youu2019re gonna stop taking patients before the advertised time of closing you think youu2019d mention that on the phone call prior to me driving up here.

Great for an urgent care. Iv personally used them to stich my almost cut off finger with a ra,pr blade. Also, for my daughter. They have done alot for my daughter when she's been sick way more than her pediatrician.

Definitely on the fence here! I have been twice to this location, both times in the morning around 9AM. Both times I had terribly long wait times and actually, the first time, I finally just left and found treatment elsewhere.nThe front staff are extremely pleasant, helpful and kind.nThe nurse/clinical assistant (Iu2019m really not sure of the training/title) was in no way professional in dress or manner as I was offered no greeting, introduction or conversation.nThe lack of a sink in my particular exam room made me question the priority of handwashing between patients, but my exam did not involve any direct skin contact, so I was not extremely troubled, just notably curious.nThe doctor was pleasant and interested and truly expressed a desire to help me. I was not accurately diagnosed, so I am still suffering with the symptoms, just not to the degree that I was when I sought help.nTherefore, all in all, despite the fact that it was not actually what I would call a bad experience, I will, in the future definitely seek another walk-in clinic first.nThat is why I am on the fence.nIt was not a particularly bad experience, but there is significant room for improvement for me to feel satisfied.nThere was a sign on the wall in my exam room suggesting a Google Review. I am certain their desire is to satisfy their customers. I just was not satisfied and I hope this review helps with othersu2019 expectations before going.
