I have experienced both the worst and best customer service in my life from LVNV and both are worth mentioning.1 star for the representative (Danielle) who not only was incredibly rude, raised her voice at me and talked over me, but also told me I don't know as an answer when I asked her how to find out more info about my debt. What kind of customer service response is that? I hung up and called the number back to speak to someone else. Sure enough, she answered and didn't give me a chance to say anything. Instead, she told me if I continued to call back she was going to put me on a block list, and hung up on me! I've been in contact with an attorney about this situation prior to contacting LVNV, and according to them, what Danielle did was illegal, and will be included in my disputes. I hope the right person sees this, and checks her recordings to see how unprofessional and how terrible her customer service is. She is easily the worst customer service representative I have ever spoken to, and not representing your company well at all.With all that being said, I gave 2 stars overall for the representative I spoke to after her (Mauricio, I believe) because he redeemed this company's customer service. He heard me out, did not raise his voice at me, (despite me clearly being upset from my previous calls), took the time to explain any questions I asked without any kind of attitude, was straight forward but still incredibly kind, understanding, helpful, compassionate... I could go on, but he is exactly the type of person you want to speak to when calling customer service. If I spoke to him first, I would be giving 5 stars for customer service. It was genuinely the best I have ever experienced calling any customer service, anywhere, and I hope the right person sees this so he gets the credit he deserves! I also hope this gets back to him to remind him how great he is at his job, and how appreciative I am for his help! The world needs more people/customer service representatives like him!

The lowest of the low. I have a payment plan in place and they sent a process service to my house at 8:30 pm on Sunday. Negative 1000% is what these little trolls deserve. I truly wonder how many people they push to commit suicide. They harass and harass. Its absolutely disgusting.

They attempt to collect on debts that are beyond the statute of limitationsu2026 Iu2019ve been married for almost a decade. Theyu2019ve attempted to collect on a debt that is PRIOR to my marriage. No debt that I pay should have my maiden name attached to it, and if it does itu2019s well beyond its statute of limitations. It is not legal considering Iu2019ve been married for almost ten years. Know your rights. You will not benefit yourself by paying on a date that is 6-7 years old. Dispute until you make them blue in the face.

These people are trying to collect from 15 years ago i had them removed from my credit report legally they paid the so called credit bureaus to put it back on illegally you all can't collect past 7 years. So that's why we are suing you and the company you got. Failures i promise you. Everybody get them off yoyr credit reports they hack people's accts and many other things get a good Attorney

Beware of LVNV Funding! They placed a fraudulent account on my credit report, and when I provided a police report proving it was fraud, they refused to allow me to dispute it. Instead of following the law under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), they continued trying to collect on an account that was opened fraudulently.This company engages in shady practices, ignores legal consumer rights, and causes financial harm to innocent people. If youu2019re dealing with them, file complaints with the FTC, CFPB, and your state Attorney General! Donu2019t let them get away with it!
