Today was the first day I have ever been to this location. I only went here because of the Saturday hours and I have an appointment on Monday that requires blood work. I did go cautiously because of some of the hate filled reviews that this location received. When I arrived, it was to the point of standing room only and I was certain I would be there until closing. I was wrong on every level!! The staff there is incredibly friendly and moved through the clients with ease, it was to the point that it was actually fun to be there on a Saturday morning and I will go here when for my blood work. I arrived there at 7:45 and was out before 9. The two ladies there really do work efficiently and make it worth going there. I may have raised a bit of hell while I was there, but everyone, including other clients, was having fun.

It felt like maybe their goal here was to make it the least comfortable, least human, medical experience of all time. Far more patients in the waiting area than seats, seemingly only one receptionist working, who chose to mostly call out names from some unseen location. Turns out that person was also my nurse, who said about three words to me when it was time to take my blood. No greeting, z e r o explanation of the process or what was about to happen. Didnu2019t ask if iu2019d had blood drawn before, basically didnu2019t even look at me. On top of all that, there was some actual blood on the floor of the waiting room. I donu2019t know that there are lots of options for places to get blood drawn, but this was a deeply unpleasant experience and a depressing start to an otherwise beautiful spring day

Most efficient blood work Iu2019ve ever had. Arrived as a walk-in at 8:30 on a Saturday morning, popped my driveru2019s license under the scanner and verified my info at the kiosk. Before I could sit down, I was immediately directed to a drawing station, phlebotomist came right in, did her thing (very well) and I was out the door at 8:35. Amazing.

Appointment scheduled for 10, show up 5 minutes early. I get all checked in on time, and then am told to go to a room in the back.nI'm not acknowledged for 15 minutes, unsure if I'm in the right place. The singular lab technician finally notices me, but just walks by. I see more people show up, but no one is getting their blood drawn. After another 15 minutes, I finally get my blood drawn.nThe blood drawing was quick and easy at least, and the technician was friendly.nWas an ok experience.

Hard to believe they only have ONE person working. Irresponsible and a terrible work environment. Lab technician was doing the best she could with a waiting room full of people. Miserable working conditions, silent waiting room full of frustrated customers. What kind of company puts employees in that kind of situation????
