The 2 women at the front desk are amazing. They were so kind with my elderly father. I would like to acknowledge their service. Their names are, Eliza and Janessa. I had to bring my dad there to get his ears claimed so he could be fitted for hearing aids. They both worked on him. They were both so kind and compassionate. They made me and my dad very comfortable, and we were able to succeed with the procedure. Thank you ladies!

Overall it was a good experience. I was able to book my appt online same-day visit since my primary doctor was out of town. I came in due to infections. Everyone was helpful.

I had two visits in last one month.nFirst visit staff was good and provider was ok.nnMy second visit - staff made mistake - gave me work note with other pr name on it.and provider signed it also on that so it shows staff attention span and provider less attention what they signing . I know urgent care provider are busy as walk in keep coming but in medical field attention to details is first important step.nnAnd provider should have treated me with nebulizer looking at my condition which she did not so I did not schedule even follow up with her. Provider was polite but need to be more proactive in treatment plan.nnI ended up going to other clinic to get proper treatment same day as I felt this provider not gona treat me fast - which was needed looking at my condition related to my cough. She gave me oral meds and asked to come back in 3 days . What ? By that time it will have gone worst - first of all it was way bad when I saw her .nnAny way this people need to improve the pt care and treatment plan than just asking or waiting for it to go worst when pt is in bad condition all reday . They need more medical knowledge. I myself work in medical field I see how my providers work and thatu2019s where I ended up going - in first place I did not went due to Hippa regulations but finally I asked my work location to make a excuse for me as my condition was bad and getting worst .nnAnd last but not list I go this place for last 5-6 years for urgent condition and I have seen better providers at this location before or other locations.nnSo guys improve please.
