Got tested at this site Friday April 2 for an international flight out of DC evening of April 4th with the understanding results would be e-mailed Sunday April 4 at the latest. Come Sunday morning we still had no e-mail and no results and risked been unable to travel. After numerous calls and e-mails we finally got a response that while our tests were picked up by UPS Friday the lab did not receive them. We panicked as our international flight was only once a week. Luckily the inteam office manager Angie was able to locate another test provider near Dulles Airport. We got our results while waiting to register at the airport. The whole debacle was extremely stressful. We were promised a refund and still have not received it two weeks later with no communication whatsoever. So, unreliable place and unreliable service.nUPDATE: called the number provided by the responder below numerous times, left voicemails, no response. A month later and still no refund. Legal action next.
