This urgent care was a gift to me yesterday. I have a recurring illness that has brought me to the ER so many times and had so many bad experiences there that have stuck with me.nI was shocked when I found this place. It was easier on my wellbeing to make the appointment in advance and know that there will be a space for me. Quiet, quick and calm. The nurse Jessie was gentle with my iv and he did a good job, even though I have very bad access. I was really really sick, and they went fast with everything. I took both my kids here several times.nThis place is always slow, they are not organized at all. One time I booked my appointment early, I came on time for my appointment and still waited 1.5 hrs to see the attending physician.nBilling is the worst experience I had but they did change their billing location.nToday I booked my appointment in the morning for the afternoon, got there ahead of time and still had to wait over 30 min to see the physician.nOverall, my experience is negative.nBut since it is close to where I live I have little alternative to go elsewhere.nHope this changes soon

I live out of state but this is the UC my son and his family use. I was very impressed by the facility, the staff and the level of care they were able to provide. The staff was exceptional, not only were they kind and compassionate, they were efficient and explained ever step of my treatment as they were taking care of me. I would definitely go back to Total Access Urgent Care, I only wish we had them in Texas.

After signing up online and receiving time to be there. I waited one hour past my time. I was told it happen because they thought I was a previous patient, when in fact, I was not. After that one hour or so I was taken care of Completely. Except for that little hiccup, I give total access urgent care five stars. They do the utmost to take care of you. If something should happen again, I will return there.

Absolutely AMAZING! They were so amazing with my 9 year old. I had to choose between here and a pediatric urgent care and so happy I chose here! We wonu2019t go anywhere else from now on. The entire staff was amazing, from reception, intake, medical assistant, nurse, Xray, everyone! Thank you for everything!
