-5 if I could.nnI had a terrible experience with Dr. Eladio at urgent care. I came in with legitimate concerns and simply wanted to be tested and examined. Instead of being listened to and treated with compassion, I was met with rudeness and blatant disrespect.nnDr. Eladio constantly interrupted me, didnu2019t let me finish a single sentence, and talked down to me in a condescending, almost aggressive tone. At one point, it felt like he was yelling at me, rather than speaking with care to a concerned patient.nnHe didnu2019t even take the time to properly test what I came in for, and brushed off my concerns entirely. It was clear he had no patience, no empathy, and frankly should not be working in healthcare if this is how he treats people seeking help.nnThis morning he called me to go over results of things I did not even ask to test for. I asked for one specific test and he couldnu2019t even do that.nnAvoid this doctor if you value being treated with basic human decency.

This is a nice clean easy place to go to that doesn't warrant an ER visit.nVery comparable copay. Easy check in through QR codenNice and friendly staff.nEasy parking all around there.nI'd certainly recommend this Urgent Care

Friendly/helpful staff and attentive nurse practitioner. It was empty when I arrived and I was attended to rather quickly. The office was also clean. Great experience considering the circumstances.

Doctor Brown & Nurse Pract Jeanine are friendly, courteous and have great 'bedside manners'. All the rest of the personnel ( including Med Asst Charles ) are thoroughly crafted in their respective professions. This facility is an 'Island of Excellence' adrift among a 'Sea of Mediocrity'!
