Took my wife there to look at her stitches on her Foot .. we waited for over 3 hours and still haven't been seen yet . No one in the urgent Care was helpful at all only thing they care about is copay or past dew bills . I would have been better off to go to the hospital ER insteadnOf waisting my time there. 4 other people came in after us and two of them had appointments went right by back .. the other two people went to another Urgent Care . People in the urgent care rude un helpful at all I'll go to hospital next time for sure 100% . To everyone reading this STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL BE SEEN SOONER AT ER THEN THERE..!!!! I give them a F---- on a scale 1-10 .. a 1 and if stars 1/2 of a star .

Iu2019ve been here multiple times as itu2019s close to my apartment and Iu2019ve always had a good experience. Iu2019ve never had to wait very long. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. I wanted to specifically mention the medical assistant who helped me at my last visit. I think her name was Mina or something like that. I went in for the third or fourth time in just a few weeks because I was dealing with an antibiotic resistant infection and it was really starting to worry me and take a toll on me emotionally. Mina had such a kind and caring spirit about her, which made her easy to share my concerns with. Her friendliness put me at ease when I was feeling really unwell so I just wanted to share my appreciation. Also, Dr.Brown always takes good care of me and is easy to talk to as well.

I went twice. The nurse PA guessed i had strep based on looking in my mouthu2026 never tested me. I took her word figuring she was right. After antibiotics round, it came back. I called in. Went in for exact same thing. Same lady said it was strep and try another antibiotic. I asked to be tested this time with actual tests. She looked upset and became rude because I wanted to be tested. I was skeptical and paying for it. Well i was neither strep, flu, or covid. Just some virus i guess. I respect medical staff who donu2019t place their ego before the patientu2019s well being. I should have been tested first time. It cost me DOUBLE for absolutely nothing.

Saw seen fast, when in with what throught it was an in grow hair. I was told it was a cyst and I needed to make an appointment with a dermatologist dr , the next time it happens. The cyst was drained and clean , and medication for the infection.

This clinic is a JOKE. Every time I have walked in this clinic Iu2019ve been turned away. Itu2019s either u201cwe donu2019t do that hereu201d or they donu2019t have availability until 3pm. ITu2019S 12pm. This is an urgent care! Never been to such a crappy clinic. Just taking up space.
