Staff is always very caring and helpful. I have never ever been made to feel like they weren't listening to me in any way. Dr Robinson and his nurse Shellie are maybe the most professional duo I've ever had the experience of taking care of my needs. I could not be happier with my switch to this office. New patient to Dr. Robertson. Very nice visit, doctor was on-time and not in a hurry. Spent time reviewing my medical history. Doctor, nurses and lab staff were outstanding! Most important to me was not feeling rushed through my appointment, very calming environment.

Worst customer service!!!!nMy appointment was set for 8:30, i was there 8:20 and I was rudely told that I will need to reschedule since I am late. I was in pain, paperwork would not take me more than 5 minutes. Receptionist was absolutely disrespectful and I simply had to leave. No email was sent to me to fill out paperwork prior, no one told me to come earlier to the appointment. I have been with Integris for years, I will no longer be because of this ugly attitude!!! People like that should not work in a medical front desk.
