I am a mother who had my daughter examined today.nThe male nurse was very kind to us who didn't understand the language, and carefully interviewed us over and over again while using a translation app.nThe receptionist also contacted the insurance company without us having to say anything, and was very kind. We had been to three hospitals up until this point, but the attitude of the receptionists and nurses at the other hospitals was really bad, we didn't get a proper examination, and they refused to contact the insurance company. And my daughter's condition gradually worsened.nThe doctor at this hospital also performed an accurate examination, and it took a month to get to this point.nI was able to meet really great staff and doctors.nFinally, I was able to get a satisfactory examination.nThere are many urgent care facilities near my home, but unfortunately they are not functioning.nI plan to continue coming here for examinations.nI am very grateful.

I recently went to this Urgent care and I canu2019t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I checked in, Lina was warm, professional, and attentive. She was incredibly caring, always checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable. Dr Luke took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion.nnThe facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt safe and cared for the entire time during my rehydration. Iu2019m truly grateful to them for making a stressful time feel less. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of quality urgent care.

I highly recommend this urgent care. My dad recently had his immigration medical exam done by Dr. Afuwape. Incidentally, they found out that my dad had an underlying pulmonary infection/ edema. They went above and beyond and helped my dad get well by prescribing the necessary medications. Special mention to Lena who helped my dad with his X-ray appointments and to Malik that helped with my dad's prescriptions.

I visited the Urgent Care Plus location regarding my daughter's seasonal allergies last week.nDoctor Luk and his team are doing a fantastic job and trying to do everything to ensure the patient was treated correctly and answered all the questions before the patient left.nDr. Luk is so knowledgeable and welcoming, and nurses are very friendly with patients and their families.nI'm so glad they're close to my home.
