Great experience here today.nStarting feeling off on day two of my vacation, and came in when my cough became productive and my inner ear started to hurt.nRegistration was quick, about five minutes, paid my copay, and was seen within about ten minutes to do swabs for the virals going around right now.nSaw the provider another fifteen minutes later and he was efficient and professional.nPrescriptions sent to the pharmacy closest to my hotel, and hopefully in the next two days Iu2019ll be able to get back to my trip!nnThis was a great experience in terms of urgent cares that Iu2019ve been to in the past, especially for being just off the strip in Vegas.

words can not describe how furious i am of the treatment i got from this clinic after they messed up big time!nnthe front desk lady for sure is not friendly and to a point she argues with you when you want simple answers from her.nneverything seemed as normal to in urgent care, quick and simple. but when they gave me paper work at the end, they have me believe it was the description of prescription pill they were supposed to issue but they never did issue one and when i found out about it and i went back to talk to them, their attitude was out of this world. they treated me like i am the one who is wrong not them. they never told me i did not need to get prescribed pill but just the over-the counter! i wasted so much of my time just to get the over the counter pill when i actually went in to get the treatment i needed and wanted but i never got! this establishment is horrible!

Saved me on my recent work trip to Vegas when I needed antibiotics. Said the wait time was 2 hours when I checked in but it was much less. Easy check in process (was able to email my insurance card) and knowledgeable staff that were able to resolve my issue and get me a quick prescription at the nearby Walgreens.

Iu2019ll make sure to never be a patient here again or anyone else I know.nnI pulled into this location around 6:15, with 2 patients visibly waiting in the lobby. I got yelled at by security upon walking u201cTHEYRE NOT TAKING PATIENTS I JUST TOLD YOUu201d after I only wanted to ask if they had a list of locations or what not. Again, aside from the rude security I just wanted to ask a question or maybe I could ask a medical question to get me through the night until they open tomorrow morning at 7AM. I then asked the medical assistant (maybe clerk based off her attitude) GRACE to see what other InstaCare locations they had, as I was only aware of this one. She then tells me the other location is Lake Mead and as soon as I asked their hours, she caught an attitude and said u201cI donu2019t know. I donu2019t work thereu201d. Me neither mau2019am, hence why I asked! This whole interaction was less than 1 minute mind you, but to be rushed out for wanting to ask a question, not even 40 minutes before closing, I couldnu2019t believe it. I go u201cIu2019m not asking for a doctor Iu2019m just asking for information but youu2019re trying to rush me out and I donu2019t appreciate thatu201d, with her fake smile coming clean off her face. I will NEVER go to this location again. If you all arenu2019t happy working, find a different job, just like Iu2019m finding a different location! Iu2019ve never caught 2nd hand embarrassment that fast from a worker, let alone a medical worker.

Absolutely terrible service with the front desk we were helped by a woman named u201cGrace,u201d Who could not figure out mine and my wifeu2019s insurance with champ VA which we have used before in intermountain clinics prior to this day. This was not the issue. The issue was she was contacting a different insurance and couldnu2019t not clarify why we couldnu2019t be seen. We have CHAMP VA and they were contacting TRI care. Unfortunately the attitude we received was awful. She stated that u201c I donu2019t care if she has insurance as long as they pay for itu201d if youu2019re considering going to an intermountain clinics, I would highly advise you not do so.
