Probably the best urgent care/medical staff I have ever encountered. Tony and Kina were both so kind and supportive throughout my visit - Iu2019m very glad to have met them! Dr Sanchez was amazing and thorough as well. All my concerns and questions were addressed and I would definitely return here if needed.

The Office manager was rude to her staff in front of us - completely unprofessional- then talking down to them and us (the patients) because shes u201cdone this job for 10 yearsu201d in a rude tone.nnIu2019m a licensed healthcare professional and we were having a medical conversation with the other licensed professional at the front desk and she rudely butted in with incorrect information. Belittled her colleague and then gave wrong information. She needs to learn to let the professionals have a conversation between ourselves and step aside.nnAfter, Her colleagues stepped away from the conversation because they were so uncomfortable, only to reach out to us later and let us know shes always had a poor attitude and u201cthats how she always isu201dnnUnfortunately, due to this experience we decided to walk out and transfer our provider elsewhere. Itu2019s sad because the rest of the staff seem like they care.nn** Update ** Dr. Chipman is obviously very petty and wanted to take a personal jab. I can only guess the office manager must be his wife and this just runs in their family.nnI will add this -nYour OWN staff members (multiple) came out into the parking lot after this while we were sitting in our car to tell us privately that they agreed with how rude your office manager, was and how she had no business even being in the conversation , she was unbelievably rude and she handled everything unprofessionally. I could not imagine what the staff goes through daily when dealing with leadership like this.nnI'll leave it at this - We had a good experience during our first visit. Your office manager is obviously combative and defensive when someone asks a question - with 10 years experience she should have clear confident answers, not talking down to her staff and belittling patients. I wouldn't hire her to put the stickers on the fruit at Publix. We suspect this isn't the first time you've heard this though, and I would question this offices ability and judgement for anyone looking at this review.

I don't think this staff is the same staff reflected in the bad reviews. The staff was very friendly and kind from the moment I walked in. The nurse practitioner Keegan was very patient and friendly as well. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

If you value your time and sanity, please do not come here, especially for a drug test. I called ahead the day before and they said they do them 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. I show up at opening and the receptionist says the person who does them wonu2019t be there until 9-9:30. I come back at 9:40 am and the person still isnu2019t there. I ask them to give me a call and she says okay, and then never does. I come back again at 11:20 am and it is 12:08 pm and I still have yet to be seen. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The employees clearly cannot show up to work on time and this place is run by an incredibly incompetent manager. The only positive thing I can say is that the receptionist is nice.nnEdit to say: hilarious response from the owner. I did not receive a personal phone call, I was trying to get another testing appointment because I needed to get it done that day for work (the phone call you say delayed my appointment time despite saying in the same sentence two people were ahead of me). I also never slammed any doors nor was I verbally abusive and I really donu2019t appreciate being accused of such in an attempt to deflect a negative review. I even mentioned in my original review that I had a positive experience with the receptionist. I highly recommend that this place learn to take accountability. It seems they are under new ownership since. I am not sure. If thatu2019s the case I am happy to give them another chance and / or edit my review as I think it was a management issue.

No longer an AFC. Front office staff were friendly. The exam room was cluttered with half opened boxes of gloves and other supplies. The nurse practitioner was unprofessional. Next time I would like antibiotics without someone making a comment about my age or bringing up religion. Surprised Google allows them to keep the former {good} reviews of AFC.
