I was impressed not only with one person, but all 3 people I dealt with. Itu2019s rare in todayu2019s world to have people be so service oriented.nnFront desk person Jennifer smiled and went above and beyond.nnI love that you could check in and get a text to come back when the wait is long.nnX-ray/nurse Sara was awesome! Friendly, personable and professional.nnVictor, the provider (doctor or nurse) practitioner was thorough and asked great questions.nnI called several urgent care facilities that had long waits, but this one by far had the best service Iu2019ve ever seen!

MD Now really helped me today.nnI went over the handle bars of my bicycle in the dark, about 8:45 last night. My vision is compromised, especially at night. But I had to get somewhere by 9. And my SEQUOIA wants $10,000 to keep going. (LoL, smh).nSo I went to MD Now and they fixed me up!nAndrea the Advance Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP), whom I'd met before, and she impressed me then, was my Health Care Provider, along with a delightful gal, Jerrie, who cleaned & dressed my hands & knee.nI 'm so happy that Andrea did not want to put stitches in my chin. I landed on my chin. (Believe this, I was 100% sober-as-a-judge. I just can't see!nAndrea used the new NuSkin Gel to put me back together vs. stitches. As a walk-in, I was told to come back in one hour due to short staffing. The receptionist was very helpful and informative. After returning at the appointed time and finding myself #1 in line, I waited another 45 minutes without being called. Then I canceled my appointment and left.

Greeted when I entered. Friendly staff. Clean, pleasant waiting room.The woman at the front desk was excellent, cheerful and helpful with tech issues to photo my ID and insurance. I was seen quickly and vitals taken by another excellent health care person. Dr. Victor was kind, thorough, and I left with 2 scripts. Hopefully on the mend soon!
