This u201chand specialist placeu201d is a itu2019s a rotating place that only focuses on insurance claims. When they give you the forms in the beginning to fill out an 80% of it is asking you about your accident, you now their intentions. You know theyu2019re only there to make money off the insurance. They will call you two hours after your appointment time. Many were as frustrated as I was. I never got to see the doctor because I walked out 2 hours of just waiting there. If you have an accident claim, then this is the place to go so that you can feed them money.

I had a great experience at my appointment yesterday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very charming and patient while listening to all my questions. i was given many options before surgery which made me feel good because I'm not ready to jump into surgery yet. One of best medical offices I've been to.

I live in Broward.... drove all the way to the Gables for therapy .....only to have the receptionist to tell me I had no appointment and the room was full. I was given 3 cards for my last visit for June 25th, June 28th, and July 2nd. But she said I had no appointment..... ok fine, I've seen 5 to 6 people in the therapy room before. I KNOW there were not that many in the room today because the parking lot had 3 cars in it. So you're telling me you couldn't accommodate ONE more person? The actual therapy staff is wonderful..... but today's experience was highly inconsiderate. I have my suspicions why I wasn't permitted to be seen today but I'll just end this review

If you don't mind waiting for 2 hours, being ignored, and wasting your time, then this place is for you! AVOID THIS OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE.
