I was seen very quickly and will be using this office in the future. 10/10. In todayu2019s healthcare environment, this facility checked all my boxes. Nice and clean, but I never really see more than 2 - 3 patients there. I have been there twice and have never seen a doctor, each time a P.A. Is there a doctor in the house. I tested positive for Covid at home, they never validated my claim by taking their own test (even though I wouldnu2019t have lied about it, it was strange to me) . The P.A. stood at a distance from me each time he was in the room. I had on a mask. He did come closer when I asked him to touch my finger that I thought I had broken. He also listened to me breathe.

The PA Jeffrey Katz was wonderful. He's genuine, professional, and very nice. The nurse Jennifer was great. She had empathy and grace. Thankful how fast I got in. The receptionist Kissa yesterday was kind and made check in smooth. She was very thoughtful. u2661 Thank you ALL who worked yesterday.

I will not go to any other urgent care. Everyone is super friendly. Im usually in and out within an hour. The doctor always takes his time to answer all of my questions and reassure me. And it always smells so good in there.

Our experience with the staff at the East broad urgent care has always been exemplary. I feel very comfortable and like a patient here instead of just a statistic. The staff is always kind and go above and beyond to explain things and will not make you feel rushed. I have never ran into an issue and have always been seen promptly here. I would recommend 100%
