This was an unexpected visit to AFC-Urgent Care in East Meadow for an infection . Luckily it was Good Friday & I was the only patient at the time I arrived. The location was neat, organized & the Staff Member at the desk was helpful & efficient. Both the person who took my vitals & the PA who handled my case were professional , answered my questions, & got me on my way quickly with the required medication. I would use the site in the future!

1st time using this walk in this morning, It was completely clean from the lobby all the way to the back area always great to see that. But the most important thing was everyone from the front to the nurse to the doctor was extremely professional and kind. I used to love this urgent care but they are very shady, unhelpful, & unprofessional. They took my insurance & billed it for the services. I then came back for follow up visits relating to the initial visit & they told me they arenu2019t charging me for that. I received bills in the mail for $300+ dollars for services they told me i wouldnu2019t be charged for i reached out to their customer service & the office & received no help. It is a shame how shady & crooked they are to a loyal customer!nnUpdate:nThe Manager was Kind and helpful & reassured me the issue will be corrected.
