I have been a patient at the Riverhead office for some time now. And I was so happy when I walked in to see how clean and fresh the office looked new paint all the nail holes on the trim were filled. Really a very comfortable experience that day. Not to mention the staff that I've known for a while they're fantastic and always help me with everything that I need thank you all very much for your care.

I do not recommend!! The lady at the front desk was so rude. She didn't give me a chance to get my insurance card from my, but instead canceled it even though it was right in my car. She was very very rude. I have also seen other people upset because of the lady at the front desk. I also waited 3 months for my appointment. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

The front desk is very responsive and friendly. Christine the NP is amazing. She listens to you, spends time with you, shows her concerns and attempts to discern the etiology of your condition. Christine is so patient and kind. When I walked into the office, she was already contacting the specialist regarding my blood work.I received a phone call from a specialistu2019s care team within an hour. I trust Christine and have recommended her to my friends who are willing to travel to see her. Thank you for your care!

I've made a number of visits to Island Urgent Medical Care over the past few years. The doctor has always impressed me with his easy manner, thorough explanations, effective treatment, and courteous, efficient office staff. The surroundings are pleasant, and the wait times reasonable even just as a walk in. He has handled matters for me that were as simple as sinus infection and most recently as complicated as a nasty bicycle crash. I've always been extremely satisfied.
