Excellent listener, great doc. My teenage son is a hypochondriac and he was so very patient with him with all his questions. He talked directly to my son, gave him piece of mind, even though I was present which makes me very happy. Staff is wonderful and efficient. Also I am pleased that Dr. DelCollo would rather see me if I'm sick instead of just prescribing anything over the phone. He does care.

Dr delcollo is an awesome family doc. Iu2019ve referred many people to him . He always made time to see my family and he was the first doc to properly treat my thyroid disease. Iu2019m really sad he decided to leave the practice Iu2019m going to give the other staff members a try before deciding if my family will stay with this location.The staff at the front desk are 50/50 , I think they are very busy and come across as short but are always nice when we are there in person .

I try to always give people the benefit of a doubt as I literally feel rotten to leave a person a bad review as itu2019s their means of providing for their family. However, when a doctor is as inconsiderate and in compassionate as Dr Delcollo and an office nurse is as awful as the one operating there I feel like the need to warn others outweighs keeping quite about people like this.nFirst and foremost the nurse is absolute wreck. Have you ever gone somewhere and felt like this person hates their job? Well that is exactly what you will get.nSecond of all, the nurse that took my blood on a very first visit ripped my skin pulling out the niddle .nI still have a scar.nThird of all they will do all they can to push a flu shot on you even if you say I think I got one about 6 months ago. All they can do to charge you.nnLastly, the doctor does not know the meaning of the word compassionate and is a liar.nI have clearly had a conversation with him about an issue. Then when called about it and spoke to a nurse, the nurse stated that she talked to a doctor and that conversation took place, when I swear on my life it clearly did. Bottom line, he is a liar.nIu2019ve since gone to a good doctor who figured out that I have an awful sinus disease that gets my sinuses to drain all that gunk into my throat and from which they keep getting sick, canu2019t sleep well because of tinnitus the sinus condition have caused and begin to pee every 5 min, once I do get an infection in my throat from all that drainage.nDr Delcollo had his mind made up about what he was going to say and how far he was willing to go to drain the insurance and that was that.nHorrible, awful doctor.nI hope someone treats you this way when you get sick Dr Delcollo. As a caregiver, this is unforgivable.

First time ever with flu symptoms & felt lousy, coincidentally got an email for teledoc services & received a call from Dr. DelCollo a few minutes after. He listened to me and answered my questions, addressed my concerns & was able to get me on the mend. I appreciate his help.
