I like in spite of the fact that sometimes you do run into people this having a bad day and they will mess up the results of the service that you might get. All in all it has been my experience that KU will dig deep to find out what is going on with your body I have discovered two classic conditions that I had that if I hadn't went to KU I probably would have never discovered that I had them textbook conditions but they kept digging they kept searching until they found out what it was and treated me and I'm living my life pretty much normally. I know it's not a perfect place but they are working with their patients.

I love KU Med . Most everyone is helpful and polite with a great professional attitude and atmosphere. I have had to repeatedly visit the Center/Hospital and have only great things to say about the entire staff . I have always received the treatment I've needed and felt listened to and respected in a safe and holistic environment. 5 Stars .

Like many American families, our family who lives by doing business does not have health insurance. And if you heard the details, you'd understand it's really not our fault... I'm an American and my wife a recent legal immigrant.nnHowever, this landed at a time when my wife was over 8 months pregnant.nnWell, our family owes this hospital a lot more than money that we can't pay.nnThey without questioning our insurance state, within a span of about 2 months, safely bring my daughter into this world AND saved my wife's life from a serious infection.nnThank you so much from literally the absolute bottom of my heart as the dad/ husband, Thank you to all your staff that helped us and everyone who was genuinely emotionally invested in helping us, we are so grateful and I'm so grateful to be back @ home with them both.nnGod bless you all.

Let me start by saying that I LOVED ku. I was taking my father to the hematologist and my grandfather to the nephrologist and cardiologist. I really liked mychart it made it so conventient to provide care to 4 kids and 2 other adults! Then i recently had a new baby at ku medical center in January 2025. It was a horrible experience!! From the obstetrics to labor and delivery to the nicu! My whole pregnancy i felt terrible. Like I was going to die and they'd recommend otc meds like magnesium or b6. Nothing ever helped and theyd just laugh it off! While I was in labor they finally tested me for preclampsia and it was positive. None of them listened once! I will not be going back to ku for any reason!! So glad I survived and am home with my babies!! They lack compassion all the way from triage and the nicu was even more traumatizing! We won't even start on the social worker bc even she was a joke!! I gave them one star bc at least they provided a facilty I guess.

I have been in the ER since 10:45pm because of chronic back pain and when I went to ask the nurse at the front desk why people that came in after me are being seen before me she said u201cwe donu2019t go by wait timesu201d which is ridiculous because why would someone that came in 2 hours after me be attended before me? Then they checked my blood pressure twice the first time it was elevated and one hour later I reached 131/85 which is considered high blood pressure especially for someone that it 23 years young. I wouldnu2019t recommend coming to this ER simply because they take on average 5 hours to send you to the back and actually see a doctor. And Iu2019m also assuming they arenu2019t sending me back because I donu2019t LOOK like Iu2019m in pain which is absurd!! I am the only one left from the group of people that were here 4 hours ago.
