The receptionist, Hillary Ford is one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. The doctors are fine. The receptionist Hillary Ford got smart with me over the phone and I want her to know that this is unacceptable. She needs to be fired immediately I will not return to this facility until I know she is gone.

If you are told to call back and they would help... it's a lie because they will never return a call. I hate this because I use to like going here. The NP are always nice and knowledgeable but this place has gone down hill the past couple years.nnReplynWhy would I call? I already tired been waiting a week your staff to return a call

Ms. Jennifer and all the staff is great!! My husband is a new type 2 diabetic, and Ms. Jennifer has went above and beyond to make sure that we knowledgeable and understand every aspect of this new journey. I wouldn't want to do this without her by our side and in our corner. She has called after hours to check on him, to me that says a lot. She is just not the provider, she is also on a personal level with her patients and cares about their health. I can't say enough great things about this office and staff.
