The clinic treated me with dedication and speed during the holiday. I made an appointment and filled out the forms before arriving, which allowed me to be seen promptly. My husband had also been seen there and it was something much more serious. At the time, they referred us to the correct emergency room, but not before doing all the necessary tests there. This made our admission to the hospital much easier. The doctors at AFC are kind and proactive. I am grateful to have such a caring urgent care close to my home.

Awesome team, quick, streamlined process, if a little impersonal thanks to Covid and self-check ins being a thing. But once we got past that it was warmth and kindness all the way down. Great doctor, understood the mission perfectly. Followed up with script immediately. Just great start to finish with some great employees

Horrible experience. Waited almost 2 hours with only one other person in the waiting room after being told there was only a 40 min wait. The front desk staff had a non-welcoming attitude and seemed to get very annoyed at the smallest question (such as the WiFi password so I could get service to fill out their required documents online). After I was finally called, the provider spent 2 min maximum with me and never introduced herself. Very unhappy with the service. The only good part of this visit was the MA, who was very nice and professional.
