I have been with Dr Tran for over a decade. She is kind, caring and listens to when I talk to her about whatever is going on in my body. I recently had to change my insurance & am paying for it myself due to the change. I didnu2019t realize medical is so expensive! My insurance agent was trying to put me on a plan that would meet my needs & save me a little. I refused it and chose B.S PPO because Dr Tran accepted this insurance. He asked if my doctor was worth an extra $200-300 a month more? My answer,u201d Yes she is.u201dnI highly recommend Dr Tran & the entire Buena Park Medical team. My dad used to see Dr Yi when he was alive. Dr Yi was so kind to my Dad and very patient. Took good care of my pops.nGreat doctors & their staff is amazing.

The front desk ladies are horrible. They don't know how to be polite with patient. Dr. Gonzales is an excellent doctor. He listen very well and spends much time. I will give him 5 star Other problem is I have called multiple times and left messages to nurses voicemail asking them to call me back, they never did.

This is the worst and most unprofessional place I have ever been to. For starters they always take you back 30 minutes or so after your scheduled appointment. Iu2019ve had a couple experiences where I was shocked because I was left without being bullied. The Dru2019s and staff are both equally as awful. These are not the type of people that should be working in health care.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Itu2019s July of 2023, ONLY doctors office asking for a COVID test. HOWEVER masks are optional. I would go to my pcp but heu2019s not available until August. I saw my PCP last week at St Joseph Hospital, (got an X-ray) they didnu2019t ask about a mask or COVID testing.

This place is getting worse.. Front Desk is worse I had ever seen. Even though you are their regular patient and you are extremely sick, they don't give you appointment and ask you to go to urgent care.nLast nail in coffin was my recent experience, I waited for 1.30 from my appointment time to do annual check fasting. I was on fast for 18-20 hours, when I get frustrated, they asked me to wait or take another appointment. They were not apologize but bullying me..nGood Bye .. I hope more and more people leave this stupid clinic and teach doctor lesson for hiring such ugly arrogant staff.
