Be forewarned that this office is HORRIBLE at refilling RX's. I have no Thyroid and require DAILY Thyroid medication. EVERY TIME it needs a refill it relaxes WEEKS to get my RX refilled.They DO NOT return phone calls either. Somwtiems I have to call DAILY for a week. To get something resolved. I CLEARLY need to find a new Doctor!!VERY DISAPOINTED

Dr. Fong is an excellent pediatrician. She is very kind and nurturing. Only problem is her staff are rude. They mistreat patients who are unaware of their late policy which is posted very high on the back window where no one can see. If you try to justify that you weren't aware of the office policy, the staff will gain up on you like you are lying. Please hire kind staff to represent your office. We need more kind people in this world.

This review is only for the pediatrician Janelle Fong not the walk in clinic. Dr. Fong really needs her own private office and should not to be associated with the walk in clinic. Sheu2019s great! My older kids that are now adults use to see her mom Dr. Lim. The idea of the walk in clinic plus the pediatrician office is bad.

This place is not an urgent care at all! Its a drs office for children! I went in cause obv the name and google listing says urgent care and they asked me if i have an appt and im like isnt this urgent care.. she said its for kids like as an adult i cant get walk in treatment for my issues like our bodies change that much..? AGAIN IT IS NOT AN URGENT CARE NOR IS IT FOR ADULTS AT ALL!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS ABSOLUTELY HORRID PEOPLE SKILLS AS WELL AT THE FRONT! .,l,. -.- .,l,.

Do not say u201cUrgentu201d while dont take walk in patients. We are urgent and need the treatment so we go there. So mean. My daughter got fever over 101, sorethroat and cough. We went there and hope they can help, but they said they wont take walk in until 2pm or 3pm. I was so upset. My daughter really look tired, but they denied to take walk in.
