I first visited late last year after my husband had his initial appointment. I went with him to check out their service, and I was really impressed. They managed to fit him in on a Saturday as a new patient and provided full services. I was seen by NP Camarillo, who was quick but very thorough. He answered all my questions and seamlessly continued my care from my previous doctor.

Waisted for an hour and 20 minutes and not to be seen. Front desk personnel waisted my time like if only their time is important. I had never had this kind of experience, but lately is been like that either they schedule too many patients at the same time, or they just donu2019t care about patients time.

I am really disappointed and in pain now. I've been a patient here for a long time now. I am in pain instead of feeling better after I went in the morning of January 2nd due to a stomach virus. They drew blood and gave me three injections on a single buttock. As soon as I left I experienced pain in both areas, and as the day went by the pain kept increasing to the point where I'm unable to sit on my left buttock. Thankfully my wife noticed me and asked to take a look. This isn't right and after this I am either going to go elsewhere or simply only go in for check ups and take my chances elsewhere. I am making this review as a warning so that you can be cautious about going into this clinic for anything other than a routine checkup.

Hello JK Medical Clinic Team!nnIt is difficult deciding where to start. I have been a patient of JK for severy year and I am embarrassed that it has taken me this long to say thank you. The entire staff is superb! Everyone is friendly, accomodating, professional and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of every single patient. You all are even kind enough to entertain my terrible sense of humor and dad jokes.nYou do all this despite having very busy and stressful days. Thank you so much.nnOver the years I unfortunately have struggled with various medical conditions and each time I have gone to JK and received the medical care that I have needed. Recently, I have been suffering from extreme lower back pain due to herniated disc. Today my pain reached a 10/10 and although it was already late in the day, past 3pm(on a Friday), you all were able to see me. Who does that?!nnThank you for going the extra mile. Iu2019m so please at my Dr. office Dr. Camarillo is amazing attends to all my needs the nurse Marian Espinoza has the lightest hand when doing blood work and so patient, the receptionist Eloisa has the best customer service and the sweetest ever she always remembers me and genuinely ask how I am , overall the staff is wonderful.
