I havenu2019t had any bad experiences so far. I have seen the same doctor a handful of times and he has been great. I saw a couple of different doctors other times and they were good as well. This place has always helped me with whatever I had going on. It can take an annoyingly long time to get an appointment, though, which is my one complaint. Otherwise I am very thankful to Dr. Itenu2019s office and the doctors, nurses, and staff there.

Rude customer service, bully-like attitude staff. Then sign your life away and be happy with a kick in the pants. Best yet, donu2019t be 30 seconds late, they will cancel your appt. Literally 30 secondsu2026. Kaiser is way better, and thatu2019s not saying much.

I had an appointment and went to the bathroom before and she said I had to reschedule BECAUSE I WENT TO THE BATHROOM. Still had to pay the copay thanks
